Public Consultation Handbook for Political Dialogue
The participation and collaboration of ethnic nationalities and the people is vital in the building and establishing of federal union of Myanmar. The main objective of the Union Peace Conference – 21st Century Panglong is to amend the constitution in accordance with federal principles resulting from the political dialogues and discussions between different stakeholders, ethnic nationalities and the people. Therefore, the publication of this handbook aims to support different stakeholders that are currently organization publication consultation across the country in order that the voices of the people from every area of the country is heard and included in the building of the federal union of Myanmar.
