Ethnic Armed Organizations and Their Worldviews: The Unseen Challenges for Myanmar Peace Process

This paper studies the way of thinking of EAOs by using the Worldview from social science perspective. As revolution is carried out as a group or organization, the paper also employs Organizational Change theory in analyzing the possible and potential transition of EAOs in the future.

Both top leaders and ordinary soldiers from 16 EAOs were interviewed in detail for this paper and it would serve as the roadmap in understanding the belief (or) world view that EAOs hold on to dearly and are willing to give their lives for.

Note: only Burmese language is available.
