The Constitutions of Myanmar, Democracy and Federalism, Ethnic Rights and 2008 Constitution Part (1) (Federal Cultural Series – 1)

In order to support the political dialogues and negotiations which are based on different beliefs and perceptions about the historical events, this report makes comparative studies of Myanmar constitutions (1947/1974/2018), the draft constitution of Anti-Fascist People’s Freedom League (AFPFL) led by General Aung San and the two constitutions drafted by Federal Constitution Drafting and Coordination Committee (FCDCC) and National Coordination of Union of Burma (NCUB). The comparative analysis is simple and easy to study and understand for the readers.
