The Constitutions of Myanmar Part (2) – Learn from the past experience and walk into the future (Federal Cultural Series – 1)

This report collected and compiled the original copies of five of the Myanmar’s constitutions that were made comparative analysis in “The Constitution of Myanmar Part (1). The constitutions of Myanmar mentioned in this report are actually the two constitutions (1947 and 1974) that were legally practiced, the draft constitution drafted by Anti-Fascist People’s Freedom League (AFPFL) led by General Aung San at AFPFL’s first nationwide convention, the two constitutions based on federal principles from ethnic nationalities and drafted by Federal Constitution Drafting and Coordination Committee (FCDCC) and National Council of the Union of Burma (NCUB). This part 2 will serve as a reference for part 1 and will also help the readers in learning about federalism and participating in political dialogue.
